Cheryl Lynn Fletcher, age 53, of Downers Grove passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012 due to cancer. She was born on November 6, 1958 in Champaign,IL. She was the cherished daughter of A.Eleanore,nee Carlstedt, and Robert Fletcher and beloved sister of Christine Fletcher of Arlington, VA and Donna O'Donnell(Thomas)of Aurora. She is also survived by her nephew and nieces Thomas, Patricia, and Jacalynn O'Donnell and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister , Gail Fletcher and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. CM Carlstedt and Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Fletcher. Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 24th from 4-7 p.m. at the Toon Funeral Home,4920 Main Street, Downers Grove. A brief visitation will be held Monday June 25th from 10 a.m. until time of service 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church,1032 Maple Avenue,Downers Grove. Interment at Clarendon Hills Cemetery,Darien. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, First United Methodist Church, or the charity of your choice.
